    Apply through JobStreet, JobsDB, or by emailing Your application will be reviewed by our Human Resources Department to see if you may be a good fit. If so, we will set up testing and an interview that will be conducted in our offices.

    When you arrive will be given a series of tests including an IQ Test, English proficiency, computer literacy and job specific tests.

    After testing you will have a face-to-face interview with our Human Resources Department. The interviewer will assess your English communication skills, work ethic and technical abilities. If successful you will then interview with a senior manager and also perhaps our CEO or the client you will be working with.

    As mentioned, every person who interviews at Staff Virtual talks to at least two interviewers. We make a group decision and everyone’s opinion counts.

    We filter an average of 100 applications for each position so please be patient while we make our final decision. We also conduct a background investigation prior to hiring which includes verifying previous employment details and ensuring there are no legal issues.

    If we decide not to hire you we will keep your resume on file, for potential projects in the future. If you are awarded the position, we will provide you with a job offer. Once you accept, training will begin soon after.
