Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

  • Answer enquiries from different channels: email, live chat, forum and Skype in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints - resolve complaints quickly and patiently
  • Update records in the CRMs accurately
  • Update / write knowledge base articles
  • Keep confidential records private and secure
  • Achieve set targets across emails, live chat and so on
  • Identify product bugs and report them via a specific channel
  • Other tasks as assigned by the managers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University graduate in IT / Business
  • Minimum 5 years of full time work experience, ideally within customer service sector
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Near native level of English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in other languages such as French / Spanish / German is an advantage
  • Technically minded
  • Patient, eager to learn, reliable, attentive to detail and approachable
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to work on shifts and during public holidays
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000
