Team Leader for Remittance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a vocational diploma/short course certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree at any field
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the Remittance department or with the related field
  • Willing to be assigned in a shifting schedule and amenable to work in BGC Taguig City for a Full-time position

Job Description:

  • Team leader must ensure fund monitoring & deal credit confirmation meticulously
  • Manage and ensure uploading of Transaction file process activity before the specified cut off time
  • Ensure receipt of file process confirmation
  • Publish periodic KPI performance dashboard
  • Ensure that transaction queries are resolved within specified TAT
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Has an initiative for continuous business process improvement
  • Background in Remittance company such as LBC, MoneyGram, Transfer, WorldRemit, etc.,
