Customer Service Representative (Makati City)

Job Description:

  • Handle varying volumes of email and live chat coming from customers
  • Responsible for identifying and assessing customers' need to achieve satisfaction by clarifying issues with specific details, researching and exploring for answers to inquiries, providing alternative solutions, and promptly and accurately escalating unresolved problems
  • Responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete information by observing the right processes and using the appropriate tools
  • Responsible for proactively exploring opportunities and avenues to add value to job and role
  • This will be project-based with 3 months + 1 month training period

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have proven customer support experience via email, chat, and/or phone (Non-Voice)
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Candidate must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of character
  • Candidate must have familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules mostly graveyard shift
  • Willing to start ASAP
