Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

  • Oversee all aspects of customer-facing communications
  • Respond to emails, messages from social media platforms and Amazon
  • Manage live chat on the website
  • Track orders
  • Process order change requests, returns and replacement shipments
  • Utilize CRM system to manage all oper orders
  • Support prospective and existing customers with troubleshooting matters

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • Must have physical product experience at Ecommerce company
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
  • Team player, consistent, persistent and resilient
  • Multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects with proven follow-through
