Job Description:

  • Track Q&A (product) Free Trials and Deactivations
  • Find content for our clinical research newsletter (PR+R)
  • Publish the newsletter on Mailchimp
  • Complete vendor forms for client prospects
  • Monitor Intercom for Q&A product questions
  • Upload content/videos to ZenDesk knowledge base as needed
  • Manage PR+R (LinkedIn group): accept requests to join, approve/disapprove articles, post content
  • Trailor Letters of Support from the template with the client-specific information
  • Monitor Support Bee
  • Take call notes on capabilities calls
  • Monitor incoming support tickets in manager absence and notify dev if needed
  • Assistance with account research for sales/invoicing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Independent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with Wordpress and email management software
  • Organized
  • Able to multitask
  • With a positive attitude, self-learner and diligent
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
