Legal Concierge

Job Description:

  • Operates multi-line telephones to transfer and take calls
  • Assist callers with concerns related to document processing, traveling, dining and general administrative requests including but not limited to fax, voicemail, conference call, directions, office locations, and information on secretarial coverage.
  • Maintain service quality through all responsibilities
  • Conduct test calls to ensure proper call routing
  • Offers other options to clients

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Willing to do cold calls
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills
