Job Description:

  • Specialized sourcing for candidates specialized in Accounting and Finance positions for industry-specific requisitions
  • Utilize LinkedIn for finding qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and qualify potential candidates
  • Email potential candidates
  • Coordinate schedules of candidates and recruiters in the US
  • Maintain continuous candidate relationship from sourcing to coordinate schedules and maintain a healthy relationship with offshore clients and hiring managers to keep a healthy recruitment funnel

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a LinkedIn expert
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable in Boolean Searching
  • Candidate must have at least three (3) years of work experience in Sourcing
  • Candidate must be keen to details
  • Candidate must have data entry skills
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable in using Slack, Dropbox, and Salesforce
  • Candidate must have RPO experience or handled international accounts specifically in California
  • Candidate must have excellent English Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Candidate must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule
