Recruitment Generalist

Job Description:

  • Preparing and posting job descriptions to appropriate hiring channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
  • Preserve professional relationships with pipeline of potential candidates and professional organizations
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication for their applications process

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have three (3) years working experience in the Recruitment Area
  • Candidate must be highly knowledgeable in strategic sourcing from various source channels
  • Candidate must be highly knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Candidate proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Candidate must be confident working alongside with the executives and the clients of the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization and to all the company's clients
  • Able to work independently with efficient time management skills, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Day shift schedule (9am - 6pm) but the candidate must be willing to work holidays, weekends or willing to render overtime
