Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

  • Source, shortlist, and recruit highly skilled professionals
  • Screening of resumes o determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and qualifications
  • Prepare and post job advertisements
  • Conducts phone and initial interviews
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and HR department
  • Keeping in touch with passive and active applicants
  • Coordinating with hiring managers regarding the requisitions that are needed to be filled in
  • Coordinating final interviews with the hiring manager/clients

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in recruitment
  • Must have excellent English communications skills
  • Willing to wok on a mid-shift to night schedule
  • Must be willing to work at Makati City
