Our PEO process in a nutshell:

  1. Startup: The partnership starts upon execution of the Agreement and receipt of Advance.
  2. Integration: Your employees are quickly trained on our payroll systems and integrated.
  3. Administration: Turnkey employee pay and and benefits administration and HR compliance.
  4. Payroll Processing: We'll run payroll twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th, like clockwork.

Example Payroll Run

We'll run payroll twice a month, on the 15th and 30th. See below for an example of a semimonthly payroll run in January:

  1. In order to fund January's payroll, we invoice the client on Dec. 15 and give two weeks to pay (Net-14). We receive payment by January 1.
  2. On or before January 10 and 25 (five days before payout) of the current month, the client must provide the time and attendance reports to us.
  3. Payroll will be disbursed on January 15 for work performed December 26 - January 10, and January 30 for work performed January 11 - January 26.
  4. All statutory government contributions will be held and remitted when required, and the contribution report is released to the employees once a month.
