HR Generalist

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience as an HR Generalist
  • Willing to work Full-time in Valero, Makati
  • Can start ASAP

Job Description:

  • Proficient understanding of overall HR operations, processes and implementation requirements
  • Excellent communication and people skills as well as sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee on boarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in filing, record keeping, time leaving, and other company related documentations
  • Develops and implements HR policies to the employees
  • Keep employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Facilitate overall employee engagement and team-building initiatives
  • Establish strong internal communication channels to engage employees
  • Serve as primary contact for the organization to support employee satisfaction and welfare
